Q:
I have generated RRR outside the portal and made a payment already! How do I complete my online Change of Name or Renewal application?
A:
If you have begun your application outside of the portal by making a payment to Remita, then you must complete your application outside the portal by filling a licence renewal form (hard copy) and submit it to the NMCN office nearest to you.
Q:
I have filled the Professional Update Form (PUF) but when I enter my registration number to register, it says my RN could not be found!
A:
Please go ahead and send us a message by clicking on the link below and we will confirm why you record is not showing up.
Q:
I haven't renewed my licence in a while and I don't know how much my penalty will be now.
A:
You will be given the total amount broken down by penalty and cost when you are applying for both Renewal of Licence and Change of Name on the portal. Just go ahead and start an application and it will be displayed for you.
Q:
I can't log onto my profile. It keeps saying "Invalid username or password" and I am not sure I am entering the correct username and password.
A:
Please click on the "Forgot Password" link below the submit button on the Login page. You will be directed to a page where you can reset your credentials using a similar process to what was used when you registered.
Q:
My Licence has not expired but can I update my profile on the licence portal?
A:
Yes. All Nurses and Midwives registered with NMCN living within or outside Nigeria are expected to update their profile on the portal irrespective of whether the licence has expired or not.
